How do I use the Sculpt + Stain Lip Marker?
Start with clean, dry lips — no balm, gloss, or any residue underneath. Use the pointed tip to line your lips or fill your lips, however you prefer. Work quickly to blend any harsh lines. You can also build up layers for deeper pigment.
It is cruelty-free?
Absolutely! Peppr's Sculpt+Stain Lip Marker is 100%cruelty-free.
Can I use lip balm or lip gloss on top without interfering with the stain?
Yes! Just make sure to let the stain fully set first, then feel free to layer with a balm or gloss for extra moisture or shine.
How long does it last?
Typically 5–9 hours, even through eating and drinking. The stain fades naturally and evenly without any harsh lines or flaking.
How should I store it?
To keep your marker healthy, please use our most recommend storage tip by keeping the marker laying flat, or upside down (if its sitting on your bathroom shelf) to keep the pigment regularly flowing to the tip.
Do I have to wipe or peel the stain off?
Absolutely not! The lip marker is design to stain instantly, so you don't have to deal with any shade guesswork, wiping or peeling the stain off. Just apply and go.
I just received my lip stain but it doesn't seem to be applying — what should I do?
If your marker tip is dry before first use and doesn't apply any pigment (or very light pigment), please contact our customer support. Please email us at support@pepprbeauty.com.au as soon as you see this issue. We can help determine if it is a faulty unit and/or provide more support.
My lip stain applied normal and pigmented in the beginning, but now seems dry — help?
Between uses the tip may appear to be dry or lose pigment. Not to stress, there is still plenty of formula inside! Here's how to revive your marker:
- Gently press the sides of the tip on the back of your hand.
- Store it upside down for 5-10 mins.
- If you accidentally used it on top of makeup, gently wipe the applicator with a micellar-based makeup wipe, and store it upside down for 24 hours before next use.
Does it contain alcohol?
Nope! Unlike many traditional lip stains, Peppr’s Sculpt + Stain Lip Marker is completely alcohol-free. It won’t dry out your lips or give that tight, uncomfortable feeling, even with daily wear over time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & SHIPPING FAQ
I ordered the wrong shade. Can I exchange it?
We don’t offer exchanges for change-of-mind or shade selection at this time. If the product is unopened and within 14 days of delivery, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund minus shipping costs. See our Returns Policy for details.
I think my product is faulty — what should I do?
If something seems off (e.g. empty, broken, not applying), email us at support@pepprbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help assess the issue — we may ask for photos, video, or in rare cases we may ask for a a return of product so our team can confirm the fault if in person assessment is needed. Please see our Returns Policy page for more details.
If a suspected faulty unit is returned and there are no issues found with the item, no replacement or refund will be provided. You're welcome to have it shipped back to you at your own cost.
What if I don't like the shade on me?
Since our formulas are stain-based, they can look a little different on each person depending on your natural lip tone. If the product is opened and working, we unfortunately can’t offer returns or replacements based on preference.
How do I get a refund?
We provide a full refund for any unopened items, in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact support@pepprbeauty.com.au and we can support with next steps. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within Australia and New Zealand only. We’re working on expanding soon — stay tuned!
