Peppr Beauty currently ships within Australia and New Zealand, delivering your order straight to your door with reliable Standard and Express shipping options.

We’re actively working on expanding to select international destinations. Stay tuned as we navigate cosmetic regulations to make Peppr available in more places!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.

  • Orders placed before 2pm AEST are packed and dispatched same business day
  • Orders placed after 2pm AM AEST are dispatched the next business day

  • Express Shipping: $12.50 AUD (flat rate)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $95 AUD

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard Shipping: $13 AUD (flat rate)

Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
    Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout — we’re unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.
  • Peppr Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping details.
  • If you placed an order with an incorrect address or product, please email us immediately so we can attempt to make changes to your order before it's dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY & PRODUCT HELP

We want you to feel confident shopping with Peppr Beauty, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something isn’t as expected. Below you’ll find our full policy on returns, faulty items, and how to get the best experience from your purchase.

  • We care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience with them. As part of our commitment to maintaining high product standards, we’ve introduced stricter quality control checks and inspection processes across our new batches.
  • To reflect this, our policy has been updated to ensure we’re handling concerns fairly. We now offer replacements only for faulty items and no longer issue refunds for used or opened products under any circumstances.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • We accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Refunds are only issued for eligible unopened returns. Opened items are non-refundable

  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead or a refund for eligible returns

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@pepprbeauty.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Please include:
  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos and/or a short video showing the fault
  • We assess all requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the product is later confirmed as faulty once we hear our issue, we will issue a replacement only—refunds are not provided for opened or used items
  • Used but functioning products are not eligible for replacement
  • Replacements are not offered for change-of-mind issues (e.g. not liking a shade).
  • Faulty claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Concerns raised after this period may not qualify if the item is considered used.

MARKER TIPS THAT APPEAR DRY

  • Because our lip stain formula is water-based, the applicator tip may occasionally appear dry even when there’s still plenty of product inside. This is normal and does not always indicate a fault.
  • To get the best performance:
  • Store your marker tip-down between uses
  • Make sure lips are clean and dry—no balm or gloss underneath
  • Gently press the sides and swipe the tip on the back of your hand to revive flow

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

PROMOTIONS & PARTIAL REFUNDS

  • If a refund for an unopened product brings your order below the threshold for any promotion (e.g. free shipping or bundle pricing), your refund total may be adjusted to reflect the original pricing or shipping cost.

POLICY ABUSE

  • We reserve the right to deny replacements or returns if we suspect abuse of our return policy or repeated, unfounded claims.
    We’re committed to handling genuine concerns with care and fairness, while protecting our ability to serve all customers honestly and sustainably.

  • At Peppr Beauty, we truly care about your experience and always aim to provide thoughtful, honest support when something isn’t quite right. We treat every concern seriously and do our best to make it right.
  • That said, we do assume a shared responsibility with our customers when it comes to issuing refunds or replacements. This may include providing clear evidence (such as a video), returning the product for review, and/or covering the cost of return shipping.
    This helps us stay fair, consistent, and sustainable while supporting those who genuinely need assistance.
